The body is made of ductile iron, which is about 20%-30% lighter than the traditional gate valve, and is easy to install and maintain. Traditional gate valves often accumulate in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, iron filings, sundries, etc. after the pipe is washed with water, which is easy to cause the phenomenon of water leakage that cannot be closed tightly, and the elastic seat fills the bottom of the gate valve. It adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris to accumulate, so that the fluid can flow unobstructed. The valve body is made of precision casting, and the precise geometric dimensions make the inside of the valve body without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve. The copper nut adopts an embedded structure, and the copper nut and the elastic gate adopt embedded joint, so that the two are tightly combined into one, and there is no loosening or damage caused by vibration caused by water flow. The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage system. The valve stem seal adopts three O-ring sealing design, which can reduce the frictional resistance when closing, greatly reduce the phenomenon of water leakage, and can replace the sealing ring without water construction. Since the inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are completely covered with rubber without rusting or corrosion, which can be used for drinking. The gate is made of high-quality rubber for the overall inner and outer rubber. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized gate to ensure accurate geometric dimensions, and the rubber and the ductile cast gate are firmly bonded, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory. In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves were often broken due to foreign objects hitting, colliding or heavy pressure. Due to the use of ductile iron for the body, this situation can be greatly reduced.
