Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this butterfly valve has high temperature resistance, easy operation, and no friction when opening and closing. When closing, the torque of the transmission mechanism increases to compensate the sealing, which improves the butterfly valve. The advantages of excellent sealing performance and extended service life. Since the multi-layer soft and hard laminated sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate, when the valve plate is normally open, the medium forms a frontal scouring on its sealing surface, and the soft sealing belt in the metal sheet interlayer is washed, which directly affects the sealing performance. Construction and installation points: 1) The installation position, height, and direction of inlet and outlet must meet the design requirements. Note that the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body, and the connection should be firm and tight. 2) Visual inspection is required before the valve is installed, and the nameplate of the valve should comply with the current national standard 'General Valve Mark' GB 12220. For the valve whose working pressure is greater than 1.0 MPa and plays the role of cutting off the main pipe, the strength and tight performance test should be carried out before installation, and it is allowed to be used after passing the test. During the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5 minutes. The valve housing and packing should be qualified without leakage.
