The air source of different actuators is electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. Pneumatic actuators can be roughly divided into double-acting and single-acting. Today, we mainly introduce the fault and maintenance management methods in the pneumatic actuator system. The faults of pneumatic actuators include sticking, leakage, control coil burning, etc. Here we can briefly analyze the problems encountered in the maintenance management method according to these three basic conditions. The pneumatic actuator is stuck, disassemble the actuator, check the stuck, analyze and reassemble.
