The air source of different actuators is electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. Pneumatic actuators can be roughly divided into double-acting and single-acting. Double-acting pneumatic actuators are air-on and air-off, and single-acting actuators It can be spring-returned, and the maintenance of pneumatic actuators is very important. Today, we mainly introduce the fault and maintenance management methods in the pneumatic actuator system. The faults of pneumatic actuators include sticking, leakage, control coil burning, etc. Here we can briefly analyze the problems encountered in the maintenance management method according to these three basic conditions. The pneumatic actuator is stuck, disassemble the actuator, check the stuck, analyze and reassemble. Leakage and leakage of the pneumatic actuator, check the valve stem for leakage, and check whether the sealing sleeve is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time. Leakage may be due to damage to the seal, check the piston or see if there is any foreign matter adhering, replace the piston ring and lubricate the position.
