Close the switch valve before the pressure reducing valve, open the switch valve after the pressure reducing valve, and create a downstream low-pressure environment; turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to the uppermost position; then close the valve after the pressure reducing valve; slowly open the pressure reducing valve before Turn the valve on and off until it is fully open; slowly rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust the outlet pressure to the required pressure; the gauge pressure behind the valve shall prevail; after adjustment, it will be locked. The pressure reducing valve is a valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure through adjustment, and relies on the energy of the medium itself to automatically keep the outlet pressure stable. From the point of view of fluid mechanics, the pressure reducing valve is a throttling element whose local resistance can be changed, that is, by changing the throttling area, the flow rate and the kinetic energy of the fluid are changed, resulting in different pressure losses, so as to achieve the purpose of decompression. Then rely on the adjustment of the control and adjustment system to balance the fluctuation of the pressure behind the valve with the spring force, so that the pressure behind the valve remains constant within a certain error range. Principle of action: The pressure reducing valve reduces the water pressure by the local resistance of the flow channel in the valve to the water flow, and the range of the water pressure drop is automatically adjusted by the diaphragm connecting the valve disc or the inlet and outlet water pressure differences on both sides of the piston. The principle of constant ratio decompression is controlled by the water pressure ratio of the floating piston in the valve body, and the decompression ratio at the inlet and outlet is inversely proportional to the area ratio of the piston at the inlet and outlet. This kind of pressure reducing valve works smoothly without vibration; there is no spring in the valve body, so there is no concern of spring corrosion and metal fatigue failure; good sealing performance and no leakage, so it reduces both dynamic pressure (when water flows) and static pressure (flow rate is 0); especially when decompression does not affect the water flow.
