I. Introduction The triple eccentric floating seat two-way hard sealing butterfly valve has the characteristics of ordinary triple eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve. It is a 90° rotary valve, coupled with its wedge cone angle sealing principle, it has excellent sealing performance. The triple eccentric structure design can make the butterfly valve have zero friction between the valve seat and the sealing ring during the opening and closing process, which greatly improves the service performance and life of the valve. Structural form The triple eccentric floating seat two-way hard sealing butterfly valve is mainly composed of valve body, spring, valve seat pressure plate, valve seat, sealing ring, pressure plate, butterfly plate and valve stem and other main components, as shown in Figure 1. There is an eccentricity a between the valve seat and the centerline of the valve stem, an eccentricity b between the center of the valve body and the center of the valve stem, and an angle β between the sealing surface and the centerline of the valve body. The valve seat is pressed by the valve seat pressure plate and can swim in the valve body. When the pressure enters from the front, under the action of the medium pressure, there is a gap c between the valve seat and the valve body, and the disc is deformed forward to seal the valve. When the pressure is reversed, the valve seat moves forward under the action of the medium pressure, and the disc is also deformed backward, so that the movement of the valve seat just compensates for the deformation of the disc and seals the valve.
